My dryer wasn't working correctly, having to run it twice to dry things correctly. I feared it might be time for a new dryer, but after Wayne showed up to diagnose the problem, determined the dryer vent needed cleaning. I've had wqayne at my house before, who ihas decades of experience with various appliances. Dalton showed up to do the cleaning, who I had a great time talking with, and who was also very professional. He worked super hard to make sure the vent was completely clean.
